Pruksa Holding will acquire a 51% stake in Inno Precast Company Limited, a subsidiary of Thursday, to invest in shares of General Engineering (1992) Co., Ltd. (GEL), a public company, at 18.26% of the shareholding, priced at 0.37 Baht per share, with a total value of approximately 582 million Baht.
