Work Procedure

• Clean surface from dust, concrete debris or oil stain
  
• If the porous substrate should be treated and coated with Primer and should be allowed to dry prior to begin membrane application typically 24 hours.
  
• Unrolled the membrane and place in the correct position where it is to be torched on
  
• Use gas burner to heat substrate & underside to softening point, roll forward & press firmly against substrate to bond
  
• Each roll must overlap to the next layer at least 8 -10 cm.
  
• Use heat trowel for bonding the overlap sheet to be smoothened & pressed

Precaution

• Protective gloves and goggles are necessary when using the gas torch to apply GEL Torch Bitumen Membrane
  
• GEL Torch Bitumen Membrane are flammable. Be careful while installing
